Terms of Service
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms apply to striez.net, its subdomains, the StriezV launcher and StriezV game services (together, the "Services"), operated by Striez Developments ("Striez", "we"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to them.
1. Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, because StriezV is built on Grand Theft Auto V, which is rated for adults.
Playing StriezV requires a Rockstar Games account that owns Grand Theft Auto V. Nothing else needs to be installed; the StriezV launcher downloads the files it needs from our servers. StriezV does not sell Grand Theft Auto V or ownership of it.
2. Your account
Give accurate information, use a permanent email address and keep your password and second factor private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
One account per person. Usernames must not impersonate others, contain offensive language or suggest an official role. We may change or reclaim usernames that break these rules. You may change your username once every 30 days.
3. Closed beta and invitations
StriezV is in closed-beta development. Features, sessions and access can change, pause or end at any time, and test data such as characters or progress may be reset.
Invitations are personal. Do not sell, trade or publish invitation codes. An invitation grants access to the launcher during the beta; it is not a purchase or a permanent licence.
StriezV will be sold as a paid product. Prices, payment terms and refund rules will be published before sales open and will apply to purchases made after that.
4. Acceptable use
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorised modifications, interfere with other players or attempt to access accounts, servers or data that are not yours.
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the launcher, game client or server software, or access the Services with automated tools except through documented APIs.
Do not harass, threaten or discriminate against others, share illegal content, or impersonate Striez staff.
Report security issues to us privately instead of exploiting or publishing them.
5. Content and feedback
You keep ownership of what you send us, such as applications and feedback. You allow us to use it to run the Services and to improve StriezV.
6. Intellectual property
The StriezV name, logo, launcher, website and original assets belong to Striez Developments. Grand Theft Auto, Rockstar Games and related marks belong to Take-Two Interactive and its affiliates. StriezV is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or ban accounts that break these terms, harm other players or put the Services at risk, and we may revoke beta access. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" during development, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Striez is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or interruptions, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here and, for significant changes, announce it on the site. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your state or country of residence still apply.
